Start of the last phase of Trolles renovation works

Since the spring of 2015, PROMOJAY has been involved in the management and follow-up of the renovation of Les Trolles building, located in Saint Martin de Belleville in the Grangeraies district.

The building was originally composed of 12 apartments for seasonal rental, we have already made the transformation of 10 of these apartments into 4 housing much more spacious (about 100m ²) and comfortable, with benefits and finishes upscale.

This year we are completing this renovation campaign, bringing together the last 2 apartments in a duplex of 6 bedrooms  with 6 bathrooms. With a fireplace, and a vast living space under the eaves, we thought this renovation for the greater comfort of holidaymakers.

In parallel, it is also planned the repair of the common stairwell access to these housing and the development of a ski-room with boot dryer. We want to offer tenants an exceptional experience in terms of services and comfort, for this set of housing located at the foot of the tracks.

Delivery planned this fall for the start of the new winter season.
