The 2 first apartments of L’EPICERIE renovation program have been delivered. Our new owners were able to enjoy the end of year celebrations in their new home, in the center of the village of Saint Martin de Belleville.
The exterior finishing works will be finalized
in the spring, notably with plantings which will bring real added value to the
building, embellishing the pedestrian street located in the historic center.
Work on the last apartment is underway to
complete the winter renovation program.
The building will thus be part of the new
architectural heritage of the village.
