L’Épicerie is an old house emblematic of the village, located in the historic heart of Saint Martin de Belleville close to the slopes and shops. We named this program L’Épicerie to refer to the function this building had in the last century. We are in the 1930s, access to the valley is easier, villages open to the outside. Several businesses are organized around the church and the town hall. A grocery store is installed. The Ligeon family will exploit it and make it prosper until 2000.
Witness of the history of the village, L’Epicerie deserves a renovation respecting its identity while revealing at best its potential of today by the realization of high-end services.
